Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medications to patients, interpreting IV admixture orders and preparing primary IV/solutions
- Manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations as needed, maintaining accurate records
- Supervise support personnel, ensuring the final check of all completed work
- Assist in the inspection of all pharmaceutical supplies on all services
- Provide safe and accurate pharmaceutical care services
Requirements
- Completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency is preferred
- Licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Washington is required
- Minimum one year of pharmacy experience in a setting relevant to the work assignment (hospital, retail, clinic, or other) is preferred

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off.
