Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Ph.D. in Pharmacy.
- Washington Pharmacist License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Training in the concepts of pharmaceutical care.
- Professional affiliations upon hire.
- 1 year of experience in a hospital setting or residency.
- Decentralized pharmacy setting experience.
