Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $85,000 (OTE) annually, with opportunities for commission-based earnings. We also offer high-quality health insurance and a 401k plan with company match.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement: Build relationships with potential clients through outreach calls and educate them on the benefits of our energy-saving solutions.
  2. Schedule Appointments: Arrange meetings for our sales team to conduct in-home energy assessments and provide personalized recommendations.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and prioritize new sales leads to drive business growth.
