  • Utilize strong proactive organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and scheduling information
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service position is required
  • 3 years of experience in a customer service position is preferred
  • Call center experience is highly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
