Key Responsibilities- Provide first contact resolution for patient inquiries and concerns
- Use detailed protocols and enterprise scheduling tools to aid patients in scheduling with the right physician, at the right time and location
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Utilize strong proactive organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and scheduling information
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service position is required
- 3 years of experience in a customer service position is preferred
- Call center experience is highly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Effective communication skills, oral and written
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Strong proactive organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word
