POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Executive for Flexible Packaging Solutions is a vital member of the sales force, concentrating on expanding market presence in the flexible packaging sector. This position requires a solid background in sales within this niche and a comprehensive knowledge of eco-friendly packaging materials and methodologies. Key responsibilities include autonomous work, effective management of client relationships, and the identification of new business opportunities while delivering outstanding customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with current clients to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Seek and develop new sales prospects within the designated market area.
  • Perform market analysis to grasp industry dynamics, competitor movements, and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as production, design, and customer support to ensure prompt order processing and fulfillment.
  • Draft and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to meet company profit objectives.
  • Offer product demonstrations, samples, and technical assistance to clients as necessary.
  • Remain informed about new products, technologies, and advancements in the flexible packaging domain.
  • Achieve or surpass sales goals and performance indicators established by the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging field.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the flexible packaging sector.
  • Strong grasp of packaging materials, printing techniques, and industry regulations.
  • Willingness to travel 30%-40% of the time.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel as required.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, contingent on experience, education, skill level, and other relevant factors.
