Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and sales management, with a proven track record of success

  • 4+ years of management experience, with a strong background in leadership and team development
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Active life and health insurance licenses, as well as Series 6, 7, and 24 licenses
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or finance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
