Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of financial concepts related to property management, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Foster strong relationships with tenants through regular property visits to address their needs and concerns.
- Address tenant issues effectively through various communication methods to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors during meetings to oversee construction projects and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Conduct tours of available spaces for prospective tenants to facilitate leasing opportunities.
- Support project management efforts by monitoring contractor performance and adherence to budgets.
- Review and approve property expense invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual property budget by analyzing historical expense data.
- Generate financial reports for the corporate office and management review on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in property management, ideally with industrial properties.
- A valid California Real Estate License is required.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of Argus and MRI is advantageous.
