Role Overview:

The Client Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in the initial assessment of provider credentials (including physicians, advanced practice nurses, and allied health professionals) and serves as a key evaluator within the Client Services Department prior to the Privileging, Verifications, Licensing, and Service Coordination processes. This position is responsible for data management, mapping, and various pre-screening tasks. Responsibilities may include conducting primary source verifications, gathering references, and managing data entry tasks. The Client Services Coordinator is essential in securing provider and client information upfront, facilitating a more efficient and streamlined process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-populating provider information and CVs into the company database.
  • Requesting, collecting, and mapping client applications into the company database.
  • Engaging with provider offices to resolve discrepancies and gather missing information.
  • Communicating with providers or groups regarding onboarding status via phone, email, or mail.
  • Assisting in the development of contact sheets detailing providers' work history and insurance coverage.
  • Formulating and executing the Company’s Client Services strategies in collaboration with all specialty teams.
  • Interacting with clients through phone and email to ascertain preferences and maintain database accuracy.
  • Analyzing trends to ensure the ongoing success of the department.
