Job Title: Program Specialist

Join the GeorgiaGov team as a Program Specialist, supporting the Student Affairs Division in the Alpharetta North-Fulton Campus. This part-time, non-benefited position requires a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with coordinating, developing, and implementing recruitment initiatives at a technical college.
  • Provide information to students on program offerings and facilitate the admissions process.
  • Evaluate Dual Enrollment applicants' files to ensure specific admission criteria have been met.
  • Track data related to Dual Enrollment.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree required in a course of study related to the occupational field.
  • Three (3) years of related work experience.
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Physical Demands:
  • Requires operation, access, or control of financial resources.
  • Requires having a P-Card.
  • Driving is a responsibility of this position.
  • This position will have direct interaction or care of children under the age of 18.
  • This position will have Security Access.
