Desktop Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for Windows desktops, assistive technology software, and hardware products. Your expertise in assistive technology software and hardware products, including screen readers, screen magnification, and speech recognition, will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with vendors to manage product lifecycles and resolve escalated application issues related to assistive technology products
• Create automation scripts using PowerShell, VBScript, and other tools
• Evaluate desktop products and tools, and provide solutions to support integration initiatives
• Create and maintain application support documentation
Requirements:
• Experience with Windows desktops and assistive technology software and hardware products
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
