Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 35+ employees, including direct reports and indirect reports
- Oversee daily F&B shift operation and monitor compliance with all F&B policies, standards, and procedures
- Manage the operating budget and verify that standards and legal obligations are followed
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
- Monitor and maintain the productivity level of employees
- Communicate effectively with peers, management, line, and front-of-the-house employees
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in food service management, with a focus on supervision and leadership
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to read and interpret documents, such as recipes, memos, safety rules, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and requisitions
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
