Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electronics and Networking Technician to join our team. As an Electronics and Networking Technician, you will be responsible for installing, programming, and troubleshooting various electronic systems, including audio/video, home automation, security systems, and networking devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and terminate cables and connectors for various electronic systems
  • Program and troubleshoot electronic systems, including audio/video, home automation, security systems, and networking devices
  • Service existing installations, including interface with clients and sales team
  • Use electric hand and power tools in all phases of construction, as well as for product installation and assembly
  • Keep timesheets, work order documentation, and inventory management
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal manner to all related trades, sales team, management, and clients
Requirements
  • Knowledge in audio, video, home automation, security systems, and computer networking fields
  • Installation experience
  • Familiarity with construction environments a plus
  • Knowledge of CRESTRON systems a plus
  • Computer and IT background helpful
  • Prompt and reliable
  • Organized and customer-oriented
  • Enjoys trouble-shooting
  • Willingness to learn
  • People person
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
