Job Summary

Sonifi Solutions is seeking a skilled Network Support Tier 2 Level 1 associate to join our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to external and internal customers, utilizing your analytical thinking, strong troubleshooting, and communication skills to resolve complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify potential problems and trends, making recommendations for solutions.
  • Perform remote support and troubleshooting, including system upgrades, software, hardware, portal, mobile, network infrastructure, MATV, Free-to-Guest, and Internet.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates to customer records using Salesforce.
  • Compile data for customer usage and system performance analytics.
  • Complete assigned training and utilize downtime for self-study.
Requirements
  • A related two-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Aptitude to learn new technology and professional communication skills to work in a call center and team environment.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, ability to follow department procedures, work independently, and as part of a team.
