Job Summary

The Network Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our network, server, desktop, and telephone communications. This position ensures that our network meets the technical parameters prescribed by the organization, while enforcing information security policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and resolution of general network-related issues
  • Support and maintain user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups
  • Evaluate, recommend, install, configure, and maintain network hardware and telephone communication equipment
  • Maintain and monitor security management technologies
  • Implement and distribute approved policies and procedures for end users
  • Document, maintain, upgrade, and replace network hardware and software
  • Monitor network traffic and perform modifications as needed
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Computer Science or closely related field and two years of experience evaluating and resolving network problems
  • Or, four years of equivalent experience and training relevant to the position
  • Relevant certifications and training for areas of technical responsibility
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
