Client Service Advocate

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, resolving issues, and documenting interactions.

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person to resolve complaints and answer questions.
- Document all customer interactions and updates in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience with customer service software and systems.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2-4 years of customer service experience is required.
Estimated Salary: $19.00 - $24.50 per hour.
