Job Summary
This position is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative I. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, analyzing problems, providing information/solutions, and researching and resolving aged Customer Service open calls. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and possess strong communication and analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
- Analyze problems and provide information/solutions.
- Research and resolve aged Customer Service open calls.
- Operate in various systems to obtain and extract information.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service within a call center environment, preferred.
- Knowledge of Health Benefits and eligibility preferred.
- Good communication and telephone skills with a very clear and concise speaking voice.
- Proficient written communication skills with the ability to learn new software and navigate multiple systems at once.
