Customer Service Advocate

At Ultimate Staffing, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team in Irvine, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, issue resolution, and product information provision.
Salary: $20-$23 per hour

About the Role:
- You will manage a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, text, and voicemail.
- Take incoming calls from new and existing customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Enter and process Amazon orders and return authorizations as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Degree preferred but not required.
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
