Job Title: Associate Account Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Account Manager to join our team at Winston Retail. As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Account Executive in managing high-profile brands and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Account Executive in handling brand callouts, one-off projects, and recaps
  • Drive program execution through specific tasks and projects, directed by the Account Executive
  • Build client business with Winston by presenting and proving our results
  • Communicate effectively with the Winston team, Field Merchandising Team, Retailers, and Clients
  • Support the Field Merchandising Team in resolving on-floor challenges with a positive, solution-oriented approach
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of retail, wholesale, or branded apparel experience
  • BA/BS Degree or Fashion/Merchandising Degree
  • Previous work as a merchandise coordinator at an apparel company preferred
