Sales Associate

LOLA is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to become a vital part of our Sales team. This role will provide support to LOLA's retail division, working closely with the Senior Account Executive. The individual will engage with LOLA's non-owned channels, including retail and e-commerce, to enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily management of accounts, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Contribute to the creation of tailored product presentations for specific channels and accounts.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new retail partners, including account and item setups.
  • Manage daily inquiries from brokers and accounts efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Account Executive and distribution partners to drive growth across accounts and channels.
  • Work alongside the Operations team to meet fulfillment and inventory goals.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to align brand objectives across various platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales support, preferably in consumer packaged goods.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Self-driven and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining composure.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Netsuite and SPS is a plus.
