Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a Therapist, you'll work with a dynamic team to provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate to further our mission of filling gaps in our community.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans, complete ongoing documentation, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate with the team to achieve our mission.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, adhering to company guidelines and protocol.
  • Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Requirements
  • Current licensure to practice in Iowa.
  • A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university, with licensure in the designated field.
  • Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
  • Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.

Compensation

$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
