Job Description

The ER Registration Admin will be responsible for coordinating patient admissions, registrations, and discharges in a fast-paced emergency room environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Verifying patient demographic information and insurance coverage
  • Processing patient admissions and registrations
  • Managing patient flow and ensuring timely discharge

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service, registration processing, or medical office administration
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • BLS certification preferred
