We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Telemetry team at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital. As a Neuro Telemetry Nurse, you will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and safety for our patients.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of patient care and safety.
- Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience as an RN in a Neuro Telemetry setting.
