About the Role

The Hotel Sales Professional will be responsible for promoting hotel guestrooms, function space, and catering services within assigned markets. The ideal candidate will have a proactive sales approach, generating leads for group and catering bookings, and participating in industry-related events to increase awareness of the Renaissance ClubSport brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employ a proactive sales approach to introduce Renaissance ClubSport to potential clients
  • Generate leads for group and catering bookings
  • Participate in industry-related events to increase brand awareness
  • Meet assigned market segments budgeted sales and REVPAR
  • Negotiate room blocks, group room rates, function space, food and beverage prices, and hotel services
  • Conduct property site tours and entertain qualified clients
