Club Desk Agent Role

At Leisure Sports, we're seeking a highly motivated and personable Club Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in members as they enter the club, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Welcome guests and initiate the registration process, ensuring guest cards are filled out completely and accurately.
Handle point of sale transactions and billing payment drop-offs, collecting and recording fees as applicable.
Assist members with account changes and billing questions, providing exceptional customer service.
Stay informed of current sales and marketing promotions, club programming, and special events or functions occurring each day.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Essential Physical Requirements:
