We are Archadeck Outdoor Living, a leading designer and builder of outdoor living spaces. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in the operations team, supporting the Business Owner in day-to-day duties critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and customer service activities for the business.
  • Enter and maintain client data in our CRM and Project Management software.
  • Assist in resolving client questions and provide timely solutions.
  • Answer calls and respond to client inquiries promptly.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Google Apps, and web technologies is required.
