We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our team at Access Services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals who have overdosed on substances, providing them with critical support and connection to treatment services.

As a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Montgomery County Overdose Response Team, working alongside EMTs and other emergency responders to respond to overdose calls. Your lived experience, training, and skills will enable you to engage with individuals in crisis, provide non-judgmental peer support, and facilitate access to evidence-based treatments.
