**Your Role:**

* Manage assigned projects and installations through completion
* Document client issues, questions, and resolutions in our knowledge base software
* Provide complex application support and guidance to end users
* Assist in preparing technical design documents and ensure effective implementation of all products

**Your Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Healthcare and 1 year related work experience
* Associate's degree in information technology and 3 years related work experience
* Equivalent relevant work experience
* Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software and networking concepts
* Experience with project management
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, and organizational and prioritization skills
* Understanding of Clinical Laboratory practices
* Software training and helpdesk support experience
