  • Ensure that patients are properly educated on the use and maintenance of their medical devices
Requirements
  • Advanced degree of manual dexterity and ability to closely follow detailed instructions
  • Must be certified Orthotic Fitter
  • Minimum one year of experience in a related field
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and electronic
  • Ability to operate complex machinery
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Familiarity with the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry
  • Ability to retain professional certification
  • Ability to use computers, mobile devices, applications, and software, including Microsoft Office 365 and the company's Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Work Environment

As an Orthotic Fitter Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, interacting with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members. You will be required to work in the field at LifeBridge Health facilities, including hospitals and medical offices.
