The Senior Repair Agent plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing high-quality repairs on consumer electronics and appliances. Key Responsibilities:- Customer Experience: Build relationships with customers, provide solutions to their needs, and drive a positive experience.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of repair agents, provide work direction, and lead repair training for a specific product category.
- Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose, order, and install products and parts for repair, and complete routine functionality and quality testing.
- Customer Communication: Contact customers with quotes for repair and answer questions regarding cost, product installation, and operation.
- Able to stand and sit for long periods of time.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Able to lift weight up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
- 6 months of experience facilitating training on diagnosing and repairing consumer electronics and/or appliances.
- 9 months of experience diagnosing and repairing consumer electronics and/or appliances.
- Consumer Electronics and/or Appliance Manufacture Repair Certification.
- Sealed System Certification applicable to appliances.
- 6 months of experience using Best Buy's Star and Smart Parts system or Parts Inventory System.
