Collision Repair Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Specialist to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our Collision Center, you will be responsible for identifying and performing necessary body repair work in accordance with factory and Collision Center specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Request necessary parts
- Perform body repairs, including removing damaged body parts and replacing with fixed or new parts
- Document repairs performed
- Participate in required training
- Comply with Company policies and procedures
- Observe all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Automotive or related field
- Collision Center repair training or commensurate experience
- Ability to operate equipment necessary to perform Collision Center repair functions
- Basic Computer skills to utilize timekeeping system
- Ability to learn parts department computer inventory and ordering system
Work Environment:
Work includes movement of vehicle body parts, working in various physical positions, and the safe operation of power tools and test equipment. Frequently interacts with customers, Estimators, and Collision Center management.
