Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI and CT Equipment Repair Specialist to join our team at Network Imaging Systems. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our diagnostic imaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on MRI and CT equipment at customer sites
  • Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct emergency service calls to resolve equipment issues
  • Document all service and maintenance activities in detailed reports
  • Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field, such as electronics or mechanical engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in MRI and CT repair and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent travel to customer sites, including overnight stays. You must be able to drive company vehicles and have a reliable personal vehicle for short trips. The work environment is fast-paced and may involve exposure to electrical shock and radiation.
