Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at D2B Groups. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned region. You will work closely with our sales team, customers, and partners to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your assigned region.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to identify new business opportunities and increase sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team, customer service, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry, preferably in the backup-power industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide sales teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of the backup-power industry to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
