Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services II staff member to join our team at Wild Horse Pass. As a key member of our event operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences at various locations across our property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, guiding them through the entry process and assisting with ticket-related questions.
  • Offer assistance to guests entering and exiting various areas of the park, ensuring safety and satisfaction.
  • Sell tickets to guests for scheduled events using computer-based and manual systems.
  • Scan tickets at entry points and ensure the validity of tickets for event access.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including record-keeping and managing ticket inventory.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must acknowledge and agree to maintain a drug-free workplace as a condition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Six (6) months of prior experience selling tickets, in person or online.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Experience in cash handling and/or basic retail operations.
  • Proficiency with the Internet and computer-based ticketing systems is a plus.
