About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members by phone and online. Your primary goal will be to assist members with their financial needs, provide information about our products and services, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members by phone and online with their financial needs and provide information about our products and services.
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up with members regarding the status of their accounts and provide updates as necessary.
  • Participate in cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to promote our products and services.

Requirements:
  • Previous call center experience and/or financial institution experience is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
