Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through phone calls, chats, and emails.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts payable and billing.
- Provide high-quality service by effectively understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a friendly attitude while resolving customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date with ongoing policy and procedure updates within the team.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Minimum of 6 months of call center experience.
- Strong computer and phone skills; proficiency in web-based applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage customer interactions with confidence and provide resolutions effectively.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
- Experience with SAP systems.
