Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through phone calls, chats, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts payable and billing.
  • Provide high-quality service by effectively understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a friendly attitude while resolving customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with ongoing policy and procedure updates within the team.
Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Minimum of 6 months of call center experience.
  • Strong computer and phone skills; proficiency in web-based applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage customer interactions with confidence and provide resolutions effectively.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SAP systems.
