Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. You'll be responsible for bagging items at checkout, restocking returns, retrieving carts from the parking lot, vacuuming the front-end, restocking coolers, and collecting trash.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
  • Collect trash, take it to the compactor, and operate the compactor.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, keep floors clean, and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Collect carts, stack them, and push them back to the front-end of the store.
  • Demonstrate good customer service skills and complete other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations.
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
  • Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform the job.
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance and completing the introductory (probationary) period.
