Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and supporting our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Bag items at checkout, restock returns, retrieve carts from the parking lot, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Collect trash, take trash to the compactor, and operate the compactor.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including keeping floors clean, work areas clean, and performing a clean sweep every hour.
  • Collect carts, stack carts, and push carts back to the front-end of the store.
  • Demonstrate good customer service skills and complete other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance and completing the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
  • Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
Physical Requirements
  • Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs.
  • Job cycles: continual max.
  • Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
  • Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
  • Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
  • Max pull static: 20 lbs.
