Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Forklift Operator to join our team at WestRock. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner, loading and unloading materials as needed.
  • Read and understand order spec sheets, load tags, unitizing, palletizing, and shipment planning documents.
  • Perform daily forklift inspections and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work collaboratively with other employees and vendors to achieve production goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience operating a forklift.
  • Ability to work swing shifts, including weekends and overtime.
  • Math and measurement skills preferred.
