Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Support sales floor operations, including restocking shelves, processing returns, and assisting with inventory management.
  • Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables, and hazardous waste in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently, following all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations.
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
  • Must meet the company performance standards for this role.
Working Conditions
