Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Reliability Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage in a collaborative atmosphere, working closely with seasoned engineers and scientists to support reliability assessments.

Key Responsibilities
As a Reliability Assurance Engineer, your primary duties will include:

  • Collaborating with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to identify critical reliability components and address any discrepancies, proposing design alternatives as necessary.
  • Generating comprehensive reports on reliability, maintainability, and system safety for both IPT and client evaluation.
  • Conducting system safety analyses in accordance with industry standards.
  • Performing maintainability assessments and reviewing customer requirements related to reliability and safety.
  • Developing reliability block diagrams and conducting Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Executing Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Functional Hazard Analysis (FHA).
  • Conducting Weibull analysis and reliability predictions, including MTBF and failure rates.
  • Facilitating reliability growth assessments and demonstrating reliability through testing.
  • Conducting root cause analysis and optimizing preventive maintenance strategies.

  • Experience in engineering, particularly in systems, software, and hardware.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the aerospace sector, specifically in Reliability, Maintainability, and Safety engineering analysis.
