The ODA Group is a leading direct-hire staffing firm based in Dallas, Texas. Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturer in Carrollton, is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and quote for new projects, working closely with multiple large accounts to ensure proactive customer communication.
  • Maintain an accurate job schedule, evaluating new project opportunities and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Attend meetings with architects and sales distributors as required for existing and prospective customers.
  • Oversee production and delivery of orders, serving as the primary point of contact for all existing client contact and bid requests.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's business to effectively promote and represent their product line.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business Management or Logistics preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an account executive or inside sales role, with a strong background in architectural hardware, glass, glazing systems, finishings, or a similar industry.

This is a full-time, direct-hire role with a competitive base salary up to $80,000 annually, plus bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits.
