Home Buyer Liaison Specialist

We're seeking a talented Showing Agent to join our dynamic team at Totally About Houses. As a key member, you'll be responsible for assisting lead agents, helping buyers find their dream homes, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with lead agents to showcase properties to buyer clients, ultimately driving sales growth
- Work closely with buyers to refine their property preferences and schedule additional viewings
- Conduct thorough research on properties, neighborhoods, schools, and amenities to address client inquiries
- Respond promptly to buyer client communications, ensuring top-notch client service
- Efficiently coordinate showings with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers
Requirements:
- Holding a Real Estate License or actively pursuing one
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance
- Demonstrating self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Being technologically savvy and adaptable to new software
- Comfortable spending considerable time driving
Our estimate for this position is an annual salary range of $55,000 - $75,000, depending on your location and experience.
