As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing contracts throughout the home buying and selling process. Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented individual who can oversee transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful sale. This role requires high organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close.
  • Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close.
  • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
  • Verify all paperwork for correct signatures and dates, ensuring accurate and efficient closing processes.
  • Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, including scheduling.
  • Review documentation to confirm proper signatures and dates, facilitating quick and smooth home sales.
  • Enter customer information into the CRM system, forward necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities.
  • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
Requirements:
  • Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Prior experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages is highly valued.
  • A strong desire to provide excellent customer service and deliver a great customer experience is essential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
  • Ongoing real estate license or pursuit of licensure is beneficial.

Estimated salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
