We're seeking a driven Transaction Management Specialist to manage contracts throughout home selling and buying at Rapid Fire Home Buyers. This role involves overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure a smooth and successful sale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer all aspects of home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close.
  • Supervise administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close.
  • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.

The ideal candidate is extremely organized, has superb customer service skills, and can communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages is highly valued.
  • A strong desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college experience is preferred.
  • A real estate license is obtained or currently being pursued.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
