
Home Buyer Concierge Specialist

Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Showing Agent Assistant to support our lead agent in delivering exceptional service to our buyer clients. If you're passionate about real estate, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead agent in scheduling showings of homes with buyer clients and listing agents/home sellers.
- Help buyers refine their home criteria and select additional homes to show, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Research information about potential properties, communities, schools, and amenities to answer client questions and provide valuable insights.
- Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts, and emails to maintain open lines of communication.
- Work closely with the lead agent to ensure a seamless transaction process from start to finish.
Requirements:
- A valid Real Estate License or currently pursuing license required.
- Professional attitude and appearance are essential for representing our agency.
- Self-motivation and ability to perform tasks independently are crucial for success in this role.
- Tech-savviness and ease in learning new programs are must-haves for our fast-paced environment.
- A willingness and ability to spend a significant amount of time driving is necessary for this position.
