Role Responsibilities
As a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will:
- Develop and refine internal manufacturing processes from material production to final packaging.
- Establish and qualify supply chain partners to scale products for high-volume production.
- Drive collaboration with suppliers to meet quality, cost, yield, and delivery targets.
- Support product integration at assembly sites.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure product excellence.
- Utilize engineering principles to design and scale automated manufacturing solutions.
- Oversee machine qualification processes, ensuring compliance with specifications.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A proven track record of transitioning products from concept to high-volume manufacturing.
- Experience managing complex relationships with contract manufacturers and assembly partners.
- 7+ years in advanced manufacturing engineering, particularly in electronics or semiconductor packaging.
- Expertise in machine qualification, design of experiments, and failure analysis.
- Strong knowledge of production quality metrics and process qualification procedures.
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
