Location:

This is a hybrid role, requiring more in-office presence initially for onboarding and training. Once fully integrated, there may be opportunities for remote work.

Opportunity:

We are currently in search of a Client Account Services Representative with expertise in investment account operations and a collaborative spirit. As part of the Investment Team, this role encompasses investment operations, administration, and customer service, working closely with colleagues in similar positions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, proven customer service abilities, and a history of effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Integrity, a process-oriented mindset, and ownership of responsibilities are essential qualities for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Administration & Client Account Operations: Responsible for setting up and maintaining new client investment accounts, completing necessary paperwork, and executing tasks such as asset transfers.
  • Client Data Management: Ensure that client information is accurately maintained in our systems, including CRM.
  • Client Service: Engage with clients to provide proactive and responsive service, addressing needs such as distributions and portfolio adjustments.
  • Advisor Support: Assist with directed initiatives and projects as required.

Requirements and Preferences:

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in client service or investment operations within the financial services sector, with a solid understanding of investment products.
  • Series 7 license is preferred.
  • Experience with alternative investments and subscription documents is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with custodial platforms (e.g., Pershing, Fidelity, Schwab) is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is crucial.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, superior customer service skills, initiative, critical thinking, flexibility, accountability, and excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
