Responsibilities

  • Generate appointments and quotes through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
  • Handle all incoming internet leads and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and well-spoken manner
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and provide product information resources
  • Deliver inquiries and messages to other sales personnel and departments promptly

Qualifications

  • Ability to work full-time, including Saturdays and some evenings
  • Confident and professional phone voice
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background, drug, and MVR check
