We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Security and Fire Complex Delivery Manager to lead our installation and service businesses in the market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in project management, setup of local project offices, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, prioritization, and facilitation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the installation and service businesses in the market, providing subject matter expertise in project management and related areas.
- Develop and maintain control of schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer expectations/satisfaction.
- Presents to management and/or customers on project updates, project cycle, and encouraged results.
- Report to management on PSA, revenue, and Margin forecasts and updates.
- Identify and mitigate any shortfalls in business execution.
- Manage vendor relationships throughout the installation.
- Ensure projects are closed on time and in scope.
- Ensure that PSA and L&M are executed to meet or exceed client expectations and business forecasts.
- Manage direct reports, including timesheets, expenses, training, and yearly reviews.
- Work with the team to ensure proper scheduling and utilization standards are met.
- Bachelor's degree or associate degree or equivalent work experience of at least five years.
- CSPM (Certified Security Project Manager) certification preferred or ability to acquire certification within 6 months of employment.
- PMI PMP (Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional) certification preferred or ability to acquire certification within 12-24 months of employment.
- 5 years Project Management - security industry or new construction experience preferred.
- Travel 20% or as needed.
