Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at KYOCERA Document Solutions New England, Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering office equipment to customers within the New England Region while ensuring timely pickup and delivery of equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver office equipment to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure truck is cleaned, organized, and fueled up on a daily basis
  • Load and unload heavy office machines onto and off the truck
  • Operate a lift truck and stair climber as needed
  • Track and assist with inventory management
  • Organize and clean the warehouse as needed
  • Collapsing boxes and emptying trash daily as needed
  • Unboxing and assembling new equipment
  • Packaging up supplies or parts and shipping them via a UPS terminal
  • Complete online training per company requirements
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Valid driver's license
  • DOT physical and DOT Medical Card required
  • One year of prior related experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to apply practical understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Able to work independently, be proactive, and be safety conscious
  • Customer-focused, have patience, and be flexible when things don't go according to plan
